One of members emailed me an interesting proposal that brings back memories of the 3-5 days.  Basically it meant the client would sign a 60 month lease and that included service and supplies.  At the end of 36 month the service and supplies would end.  Thus the clients costs rose substantially, and most of those clients were not aware of the tremendous increase at month 37 of the lease.
