Wall Street Journal article published an article which stated; “The world is now awash in chips”
- Claims that chipmakers and electronics makers now have an oversupply of chips
- “chip inventories are now at their highest level in over a decade”
- “good news for consumers who can get their hands on products from washing machines to laptops faster, and sometimes more cheaply than a year ago”
- Chipmakers expect sales of chips to double by 2030
