Interface Type IS760 for Ricoh IS760D scanner

Does anyone out there have 1 or 2 of these? Apparently, while the scanner is still available Ricoh has discontinued this network interface, and we can't seem to locate any. We found one, but it was defective, and we are at risk of an order for 2 of them coming back. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
