ICLD, a single source provider of IT solutions through cloud platforms and professional services announced today that they have entered into a two year managed services agreement with the Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC). To that end, InterCloud's value adds to the hospital includes: consulting, network design, implementation and the managing of networking elements and resources. Essentially, InterCloud will help Brooklyn Hospital migrate from older technologies to today's latest unified communications and VOIP infrastructure. InterCloud is also providing three dedicated engineers for the ongoing services and management of Brooklyn's infrastructure, giving the hospital the ability to proactively manage their environment. This activity will help the hospital achieve their goal of 5 nines reliability and outstanding performance.
