LEXINGTON, Ky. — Integrity IT, a Lexington-based information technology consulting company, announced Tuesday its sale to Advanced Micro-Electronics Inc., dba The AME Group, which has offices in Vincennes, Ind., Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Ind.

Integrity IT has been partnering with Kentucky businesses to help them make the best use of technology for nearly 20 years and will continue to do so under the leadership of The AME Group.

Phil Miller, president of Integrity IT, will continue as the general manager of the Lexington office. Two other partners, Joe Danaher, CISO, and Bryan Pryor, vice CIO, will stay on as well.

All Integrity IT technical, sales and marketing staff will continue their employment with The AME Group.

“From a customer perspective there should be very little to no changes other than we will have access to expanded resources and operational scale made possible by the integration into The AME Group,” Miller said. “They are already helping us fill some gaps created by a position vacancy and to keep up with the increased demand we are experiencing right now. They also provide several additional services that we do not, which we will now be able to offer all of our clients.

“Finding a company that is a fit with our culture, and that shares our mission and values was a must for me. The way that we view and treat our staff and our customers is completely aligned. I am excited about what we will be able to accomplish together, and about the positive impact I anticipate new leadership will have on our organization and our customers. In addition, becoming part of The AME Group will translate into all of our employers becoming owners in the company through the employee stock ownership program. It is a good time to be an employee of The AME Group.”

“The team at Integrity IT has done a tremendous job supporting its clients,” said Mark Gerkin, CEO of The AME Group. “They understand the needs of their clients very well, which is something we value. Combining the employee skill sets and offerings of both companies will be extremely beneficial for everyone involved.”
