Insurance for Leased Equipment

A client of mine is a public entity seeking to lease a copier.  They are having trouble obtaining insurance information proving coverage to the leasing company for the leased equipment. Unfortunately, my leasing partner no longer offers separate insurance coverage.  Are there any 3rd party companies that offer insurance coverage that I can obtain and then charge back to the client?

Mind if I ask what leasing partner you use.......so I don't use them.

Your client should be able to call whoever their insurance company is and request a "Certificate of Loss Payee" naming the finance company as the additional insured.   When a customer is struggling I offer to contact their insurance company on their behalf to move the process along.
