Innovative Technology Solutions Extends Partnership with Lenovo

Through the extended partnership, ITS will continue to provide comprehensive field services including full-time on-site, part-time on-site and dispatch end-user support. The renewal extends a relationship that began in 2016 and was preceded by a 25-year partnership between ITS’ parent company, Advanced Technology Services, Inc., and Lenovo’s acquisition of Motorola Mobility.

ITS currently supports Lenovo employees with on-site services in seven offices across five countries. The company also provides dispatch assistance to more than twenty countries and cities through incident and work-order resolution involving hardware break-fix support, software break-fix support and IMACD (Installation, Move, Add, Change and Disposal), as well as collaboration on comprehensive process improvement and knowledge documentation to create efficiencies and ultimately cost savings.
