An inferno, which guttered the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Friday affected some computers, photocopiers and documents.
But the Commission said it will not affect its activities.
The fire, according to the National Commissioner in charge of Information and Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye, was noticed by some staff on duty at the office of the director of the Election and Party Monitoring (EPM) department, and quickly alerted the fire service personnel stationed at the Commission’s headquarters.
