Importing Fax Destinations to 2035e's & 2238

I have a customer that we sold 6 2035e's and a 2238. They want to be able to import (or push)the fax destinations to the machines from a master list. I know this can be done, but don't know how it is done. Also, they want, when there are changes (additions), to keep the destinations in alphabetical order. Let us know on this one.

I have done this using SmartNet for Admin. I set up all the destinations etc in one system then exported them to a CSV file and imported that file to all of the others.

I guess what my customer wants is to make up the list outside of the machine or SmartNet Monitor for Admin and then be able to download the addresses. This way if they make changes, they can delete the existing list, and download the new list and all the destinations will be alphabetized. Can this be done, or is SNM for Admin the only way?

Only way that I know of other than learning and understanding the Smartnet CSV File and getting all the data in the right place.

Try this.

Open your Lan Fax Address book and add a few entries. Now Browse to where your address book .csv file is and open it in excel. Format your new .csv file to match.
