ITASCA, Ill., Jun 18, 2003 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Integrated Document Technologies, Inc., (IDT), a technology provider of document imaging, workflow, ERP and CRM, today announced that it has acquired certain assets and hired the executive and professional staff of Rapid Process Management, Inc. (RPM), an established Microsoft Business Solutions provider and consulting firm located in Itasca, Ill.
The acquisition of RPM comes at a time when firms are faced with mounting pressure from customers and suppliers to further integrate and do more business electronically, as well as create greater internal operational efficiency to ensure continued growth.
