I need PriPort RP 8500 Help

We have an RP8500 that is eating our lunch, largely because we are a pretty small market and ended up only selling this one unit so experience is very limited. Any chance I could get the name of a good PriPort Tech for my guy to call for some input and/or advice. This is at a major account of mine and Ricoh quit supporting the product so they won't participate. Any one out there that can help?

It's about the same as the HQ9000, you can always call one of our guys or email me the issue and I can forward or even post the issue on the forums. W've had many priports in the field.
