  • created new organization focused on consumer subscriptions
  • “Our long term goal is to ultimately offer the HP portfolio as a subscription”
  • Have a subscriptions team that well be driving that across the company
  • Subscriptions will include printers/MFPs and PCs
  • Claims that it now has 12 million consumers signed up to InstantInk subscription (but did not give revenue or profit generated)
  • Printer/MFP supply chain and component shortages to persist into at least the second quarter of 2023
  • Is not expecting a significant economic recovery during 2023
