HP and Hyland Software Automate Document Processes for Grove City College
Oct 24, 2011 PALO ALTO, Calif., HP today announced Grove City College, a four-year liberal arts school in Pennsylvania, is using HP and Hyland Software Document Capture and Workflow Solutions to streamline business processes associated with student recruitment, financial aid verification, the registrar’s office and alumni development.

Grove City College has been a long-standing HP customer and is now implementing additional solutions campus-wide, including enterprise content management (ECM) strategy offerings that use HP and Hyland Software solutions.

“The ability to access information anytime, anywhere is critical for higher-education institutions to be successful,” said Michael Turner, director, Technology, Solutions and Partner Program, HP. “The solution offered by HP and Hyland, leveraging Hyland’s long-term ECM success and HP’s extensive portfolio of imaging and printing devices, will help Grove City College ensure the campus is connected, informed and engaged.”

HP and Hyland are helping Grove City College automate manual document processes, empowering faculty and staff to make better, faster decisions for students and alumni.

“Hyland enables employees of Grove City College to spend more time on student activities and less time entering paper records, routing files, printing documents and searching for information,” said Greg Unruh, strategic alliance manager, Hyland Software. “Faculty, staff and students now get the information they need faster and in the formats they prefer.”
