couldn't you just keep it as an audio file and combine with an generic image? 

Worst case scenario if no one can help you out email it over and an image you have in mind and I'll convert it tonight for you with my DAW software

I probably could but don't know how to do that.  If you don't mind I could email to you.

Google MP4 converter and you will find several programs that can do the job.

If not done already......  download VLC media player, there is a built in "convert" utility that will handle .m4a audio files.
