Here is an interesting deal that was won with the use of Ricoh's PrintMail.

Martin Polack and Jeremy Burns of Polack Corporation recently captured a Konica Minolta client AND converted them to color using PrintMail as the hot button.

KM had been trying to interest the Marantha Baptist Church in a B2C device to replace their mid range mono machine for some time but the Church just didn't see a need for color. Then Martin and Jeremy showed them PrintMail and the Church realized they could save a lot of money as up to then they had been paying 79 cents per copy for their bulletin to be produced off site. The church said Martin and Jeremy were the only ones who provided something they needed at a price they could afford. Everyone else was trying to upsize them or sell them color for color's sake only without the practical application PrintMail provides. They were so impressed they met on Friday and approved the purchase of a 2575, a CLP26 and PrintMail on the Sunday.

The idea is to show the PrintMail samples and video to EVERY prospect, they'll soon realize how they can use the tool and that gives Ricoh an unbeatable edge.
