BTA member Hendrix Business Systems has announced its acquisition of ATS Inc. Prosperity Plus advised Roger Hendrix and Hendrix Business Systems on the acquisition. For Hendrix, headquartered in Matthews, North Carolina, the acquisition assists with its expansion into the Raleigh, North Carolina, marketplace.
Since 1976, Hendrix Business Systems has strived to maintain and provide top-level customer service throughout the Charlotte, North Carolina, area. Over the past two years, Hendrix expanded by opening two locations, one in uptown Charlotte and the other in Greensboro, North Carolina. With the addition of ATS, Hendrix Business Systems is able to expand its geographic reach even further.

Roger Hendrix, president and CEO of Hendrix Business Systems, emphasized the strategic fit of the acquisition and the compatibility of the two companies.

As a result of the acquisition, ATS is adding the Canon product line to its offerings, while continuing to offer Xerox products. The combination of the two brands will allow ATS to be even more competitive in the Raleigh marketplace.
