Help with Internet fax

I'm looking to make notes for cost justification for IP Fax. I have the below listed as costs when upgrading or net news

cost of fax module for copier
cost of received faxes per month
- cost of paper
- cost per page to pint
cost of transmitted faxes per month
- cost of paper
- cost per page to print (since most faxes are printed then faxed)
cost of phone line monthly (taxes, fees)

Is there anything I'm leaving out?
