• The purchase of multifunctional copiers for the clerk’s office and police department was approved. The city will pay $5,211 for a black and white copier for the police department to RTD Office Products. RTD Office Products will also supply a color copier to the clerk’s office, even though its bid of $7,135 was not the lowest. City Clerk Angel Zerbonia explained that when the maintenance agreement is factored in, RTD’s bid is superior.
