Today we had a sales training class in our PA office. The speaker was Mitch Morgan of Growth Achievement Partners. The introduction (power point) was centered around on how solve problems for Business Processes. This session was a prelude for more sessions to come, however Mitch stated that if you follow exactly their swim chart that you would get sales results. (I thought well the firstthing you need to do is get the appointment with the CFO and sponser), then you can address the swim/process chart.

Has anyone gone through this training he threw out names of POA (Pacific Automation) and RJ Young and specifically used Lee Rummage as an example ( I know Lee he is a p4p'er from inception). If so please let me know how this went for you and if the plan really works. Mitch did a lot of talking I took a lot of notes and seems he was contradicting in some of his statements.

Would love to talk more on this. It's all about selling business process improvements and MNS.
