Information Technology Services has chosen to select Gordon Flesch’s proposal for the multifunctional device equipment and support services. Their proposal resulted in the lowest overall cost to own and operate the district’s fleet for the next three years.
Each proposal was incorporated into the fleet cost analysis spreadsheet which calculated the total three year cost for each vendor’s proposal. The spreadsheet includes a 1 % increase in annual copy volumes.
