I am looking forward to getting and reading the book. Everything quoted seemed so logical. If the dealer can afford to have a seller and an implementer that are not the same person, it makes sense to quit looking for a techie who can sell (which is virtually impossible). The hard part is cost justifying two people if you are still in start-up mode.
