TAMPA, Fla., April 12, 2013 – Global Imaging Systems, A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX), acquired Florida-based Zeno Office Solutions, Inc., one of the southeast’s largest and fastest growing providers of print and IT solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses.
“We continue to expand our network of locally based companies with a proven track record of delivering world-class customer service, and helping clients simplify their work processes,” said Michael Pietrunti, senior vice president of acquisitions, Global Imaging Systems. “This acquisition expands our business in Florida, complementing the existing footprint with Saxon Business Systems.”
Zeno Office Solutions will immediately add Xerox’s full range of office and printing technology, including its market-leading managed print services to its portfolio. The company has distributed Canon, Ricoh and Samsung products in addition to providing document management, production print and mail solutions, and printer fleet and facilities management.
With 280 employees, the company has nine locations throughout Florida, including the Tampa headquarters and offices in Lakeland, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Orlando, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Port St. Lucie, and Miramar.
