Some great demo techniques. Funny how it always goes back to the basics.

When demonstrating the 240 make sure you hit these key points:

  • Reduce a "D" or "E" size down to a letter and Ledger size! (While setting the reduction sizes, make sure the customers see how easy it is to put these in the program mode). The simple reduction was the "sizzle that sold the steak".

  • Sorting, everyone is also amazed at the fast scanning and the need not 'babysit" the system.

  • Scaning, it is fast and simple for any user to scan and store!

  • Directional Magnification, knocked em dead with this one. I preset a size for reducing an "E" document to 11 x 17 with perfect sizing proportions for the page.

    I have found the FW240 easy to demo, easy to learn and easy to find customers interested in saving time and money.

    For me this is the hottest product since the introduction of the AP3800C from Ricoh. Demo this product, cold call vertical markets with this product and take the money to the bank.
