FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia launches FUJIFILM IWpro to Advance Business Process Transformation
New cloud service eases process digitisation by integrating and maximising existing systems
SYDNEY, February 28, 2024, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia is today announcing the launch of FUJIFILM IWpro, a new cloud service enabling all businesses, especially small-to-medium-sized businesses to integrate and maximise existing systems to drive productivity and growth.
FUJIFILM IWpro is a cloud-based workspace that consolidates information received via paper, email and fax, which are then optimised through a series of business operations such as digitisation, confirmation, processing, printing, and sending. The workspace facilitates collaboration by connecting to various existing systems allowing easy data sharing internally and externally.
FUJIFILM IWpro is well placed to support small-to-medium sized businesses respond to the acceleration of new technologies and embrace digital transformation while also helping organisations overcome known barriers such as inertia to embrace new technologies and business processes, siloed process optimisation without full integration of existing systems, and poor reconciliation and usage of print and digitised data collected internally and externally.
Through a single workspace, multiple users can access and perform a wide range of tasks including data digitisation, extraction, validation, processing, and output, enabling centralised data management with swift and secure data sharing. FUJIFILM IWpro also eliminates redundant process such as recording and sharing similar data to multiple users and systems. Furthermore, the "Task Bar (Work Navigation)" function boosts collaboration and productivity by allowing users to chat with team members on the workspace and proceed with the shared procedure seamlessly. Siloed process and workstyles are minimised through easy integration of multiple existing systems and connections to business solutions on the FUJIFILM IWpro workspace.
FUJIFILM IWpro’s partnerships with key cloud service providers allows users to seamlessly connect documents and attribute info with other systems. These external systems can be displayed in a browser with CSV integration to further optimize workflows without the need to swap between different applications.
