Security and improved productivity from start to finish
To provide a secure environment within the office, the new models safeguard the data, privacy, and the device from ever-diversifying security threats by enhancing security functions such as hard disk encryption, authentication options and communication channel encryption. When combined with the optional feeders and finishers such as the addition of a D6 with booklet maker customers are able to complete their print job from scan through to finished product such us booklets of up to 120 pages, cover page insertions, hole punching and C and Z folding all reducing the users workload for a highly productive business environment.
Enhanced usability for efficient operations
The new 10.1-inch control panel can be tapped and swiped like a smartphone and features easy-to-understand icons illustrating the major operating buttons. In busy times ease of operability and readability increases efficiencies and productivity to output correctly formatted and collated documents to meet tight timelines. The printers also have an optional Scan Delivery function for users to scan routine documents by setting automate rules in flows, eliminating troublesome operations such as renaming files and creating folders to store files conveniently.
