TOKYO, March 25, 2021 – Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. announces the following management appointments of its new affiliate, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan Corp., which will begin operations on April 1, 2021. Appointments of directors and Audit & Supervisory Board member will be effective following the decisions at the Shareholders Meeting scheduled on March 26, 2021.
