Flo-Tech being Acquired?

It was announced yesterday they were purchased by Oval Partners and FlexPrint.

Interesting, who is Oval partners?  Also just goes to show us that "print" is not dead with acquisitions like this still happening

Oval is a private equity group who purchased flexprint a year or so ago and has acquired several dealers in the last year.

Yeah, shows you how “dead” print is! We are getting calls daily from people wanting to acquire us and most are private equity firms.
