Mesa, Ariz. – Flex Technology Group, (FTG), the only managed print services solution with national coverage for multi-vendor environments, has been awarded a Leadership Award for the Best MPS Professional Services from the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA), an independent, not-for-profit organization that serves the Managed Print Services (MPS) industry. The awards recognize the efforts of the leaders, innovators and dedicated members of the MPS community.

Since its establishment, FTG has been a unique presence in the print and imaging industry. Its continuous investment in proprietary technology and processes, based on generations of industry experience, has resulted in considerable organic growth. This stems in part from the company’s ever-expanding roster of MPS customers, including major retailers, law firms, healthcare organizations and financial institutions. In 2023, FTG achieved $434M in revenue, representing 9% organic growth year over year. Incorporating its proprietary predictive technology, FTG provides a managed print services platform with a single point of contact and immediate access to its national network of highly trained FTG technicians that can support any equipment type and manufacturer.

FTG was also awarded an Honorable Mention for the Best Independent MPS Provider over $50M, a category which recognizes an organization in North America with revenue over $50M that sells managed print services but is not owned by a manufacturer. FTG was founded as FlexPrint LLC in 2005 by Frank Gaspari. It expanded into Flex Technology Group in 2015 when Gaspari brought together leading independent industry dealers through acquisitions and hiring. Today, FTG employs more than 1,300 people and serves 30,000 customers. The privately held company, manufacturer-neutral in its approach, offers solutions from leading OEMs such as Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, HP, Lexmark and various software solutions.

“We’re honored to be selected and recognized as a leader and innovator in the industry by MPSA,” said Ron Nielson, executive vice president, sales and marketing, Flex Technology Group. “Our focus on achieving long-term growth involves investing in our technology stack, ensuring our service network cultivates a supportive culture and delivering nothing less than passionate customer care. These goals, added to our investment in our talented employees, have created a company-wide culture that is truly results-driven and responsible for our ability to achieve and sustain an outstanding growth rate.”
