Hello,
I recently received this question and to my shock reps seem not to be aware of this. So, just in case the reps are not aware of this, I wanted to share it with everyone.
Anyway, we can now forward incoming faxes to either e-mail or a folder location ... essentially any location in the MFPs address book. Faxes forwarded to e-mail will have to remain in .TIFF format. However (drum roll please), we can now forward faxes to a folder location in .PDF format. This is something Sharp claims to have ... little do they know, we have it too. All we need to do is change a Parameter Switch setting in User Tools.

File Format for Fax Forwarding:
By default, when these systems have the Fax Option installed, they can now forward fax receptions to the following locations (system must also be configured with the Print/Scan Kit):
Any Address Book location: E-mail or folder
By default these systems will forward the attachment as a .TIFF file format. When sent to e-mail the file format will remain .TIFF.
Follow these steps to have the attached faxes sent as .PDF file format to folder locations.
