ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) -- A Florida man pleaded guilty Friday to a 63-count indictment that involved a scheme to defraud Xerox of more than $20 million.
Robert Fisher pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and faces up to 20 years of prison time and a $250,000 fine.
Fisher was part of a scheme where prosecutors say a group of men set up a sham company, HDH Graphics, and got a printing contract with Xerox where Xerox provided ink for the company. Prosecutor said the men lied about the amount of ink they used in order to sell it.
Prosecutors say the men made millions selling the ink.
