Federman & Sherwood Investigates Toshiba American Business Solutions, Inc. (“Toshiba”) for Data Breach
The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Toshiba American Business Solutions, Inc. (“Toshiba”) with respect to their recent data breach. Recently, Toshiba discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Toshiba determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to this sensitive information through its email environment.
