- Informed Congress that Chinese hackers outnumber U.S. cyber specialists by 50 to 1
- “If you look at China, their hacking program is bigger than that of every other nation combined”
- “China is the greatest threat to our country”
- FBI currently blocks 15 million cyber attacks on the U.S. every week
