THE HAGUE, August 26, 2013 – With IT cost optimization still high on the agenda, many organizations overlook the opportunity to save on their fax related IT cost. Mostly this is because many IT departments are not aware of the widespread use of fax within key business processes.
Contrary to popular believe, fax is still mission critical to many organizations. Typical heavy users are international commerce and regulated industries such as healthcare. A recent study at a mid-size hospital showed that they process over 300,000 faxes per annum.
