I have a medical office that is experiencing a strange problem.  Faxes are being forwarded to a shared folder on their server.  The users are uploading the files (PDF) into their EHR software (Practice Fusion) which is accessed via browser and is in the cloud.  They then delete the file from the folder.  However, the file comes back.  This does not occur when the file is deleted without uploading and seems as if the browser is somehow keeping the file open and not allowing it to be deleted.  Has anyone experienced this?  I have put a ticket in with Practice Fusion but haven't heard back yet.
