Dean, I called dealers all over the country and couldn't find one last week. I finally found one from another dealer in my area but no supplier I called had one available.

Did anyone try Greater Philadelphia in PA?

Yeah, I tried Greater Philly, Officetek and everyone else I could think of. I might have a lead on one. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to check.

You can always have someone in service order all the parts and make one.  I have had to do that before.

The product code for the fax that goes on a MPC3002 is D643. If they get the parts book for a D643 they can order all the parts in there and you will have a fax option.

 

There looks to be about 13 parts they would need to order. I have had to do this before when we have sold a used machine and the accessories are no longer available. 

 

 

I believe this should be everything they need but for sure have your local tech verify.
