Error msg on MP3500 when printing | Print4Pay Hotel

We have a MP3500 that has a pop up message everytime they print. The message is "Can't Get Translation Interface" they cancel the message and the job goes ahead and prints, but this is getting annoying to the customer to have to do this everytime. We figured that since they only print Adobe files, that the PS3 would solve it. We added it and the message still appears. Anyone have any thoughts?

I'm just quessing, but a bad printer controller, can anyone one else lend a hand?

Are you getting this message at the pc or at the MFP?

they are getting the message on the pc's, not the copier...

Never heard of this one. The error is happening at multiple PCs? What happens if you put your laptop on the network and print to the device?

I'm wondering if there is some old 3rd party print monitoring software on the pc's. I have seen something very similar and that's what it was.
