Error code 719-0041 and 719-0042 when using K3 interface

Really need some help with this issue.

Any UK or European dealers using the K3 interface to connect an external paystation/coin box?

This issue is with a Canon C5540i and ITC Paystation Elite.

We are getting random 719-0041-42 codes and cannot figure out the cause.

Any help is much appreciated.
