- End: 10th July 2024
- Device Replacement: Konica Minolta devices replaced; some will remain (list available).

- Print-Mono-Epson
- Print-Colour-Epson
- Transition Expectation:
- Minimal disruption; Digital and Information Services ensuring smooth transition.
- Support via Carbon Group UK; QR codes on devices for issue reporting.
- Training sessions on 3rd July at SDRL, 11:00am or 2:00pm.

- Devices print in color and scan; AM-5000 prints and scans A3.
- Heat Free Technology: 86% sustainability savings.
- Increased speed: 50 pages per minute print, 120 images per minute scan.

- Old Devices Collection:
- Begins with hard drive removal, followed by device removal over 3 weeks.
- Overlap of up to a week for collections after new installations.
