darn I hate it when I lose my notes!
Customer is printing envelopes from MS Office Word. We want the envelopes to feed from the paper tray and not the by-pass. We select in MS word to print from tray one and envelopes print from the by-pass. I've took envelopes out of the by-pass and then we get an error printing to tray one and I have to press form feed to have the envelope exit.
Can anyone help with this????
