SYNNEX Corp. has announced is now authorized to bring Dropbox Business' collaboration platform to the North American channel through its Cloud Community and CLOUDSolv marketplace. Dropbox Business allows both small-to-medium-sized businesses to enterprise-level organizations to sync and share files securely, and collaborate on those files, along with the admin tools IT needs to protect businesses' data.
"Dropbox Business gives our solution providers the ability to offer their customers a single source to house and share their data across their organization and collaborate on those files, no matter the platform," said Rob Moyer, vice president of software and cloud services, SYNNEX Corp. "The affordability, flexibility, scalability and ease of use makes Dropbox Business a cornerstone to our Cloud strategy."
"SYNNEX is known for identifying trend lines and executing on a plan to capture growth," said Hank Humphreys, channel chief, Dropbox. "Its Cloud Community and CLOUDSolv Marketplace give our customers new options for how to buy Dropbox Business and will provide us with another valuable channel to drive growth in the workplace."
Dropbox Business also gives IT admins comprehensive audit logs to track what files have been shared and by whom. Easy-to-use controls restrict access, while remote wipe secures data if a device is lost. Self-service features like unlimited deletion recovery and device unlinking let team members handle common tasks without requesting help from IT departments, reducing training and troubleshooting time.
