I have a customer using drawbase and needs to batch print these files, does anyone have any ideas for us?

Likely that there's a # of possible ways with the Plotbase external controller or Plotbase|PM. Not sure if you can with the embedded controller.
Questions:
- Is this for the wide format embedded or external controller?
- Does 'Drawbase' have it's own batch plot capability from the application like Acad does?
- Can they create PLT files and is that an acceptable workflow?
- What is the native design file format type (DWG, TIFF, etc?)

With the external controller & the native DWG compatibility, it's easy. Just sell them the DWG option with PB|3 and they'll be able to drag their DWG files into PCWIN and easily batch plot from there.

the system is a 470W and there is not DWG option for the 470W right?
No DWG option for the RW-470, however loading a copy of full AutoCAD on the PB|3 server will provide the same DWG batch plotting capability. Another option is Plotbase|PM which with it's DWG option will cost around the same as a full copy of AutoCAD, however provide a lot more functionality, cost tracking, accounting, etc.
