Donated copiers delayed but on the way, company says
All Copy Products pledged machines to nonprofits in December; some not yet delivered because of late orders

A company that promised free copiers to nonprofits by mid-January says they’re close to delivering the rest of the machines.
Some nonprofits have questioned whether they were actually going to get the copiers, which All Copy Products pledged during its “12 Days of Christmas” program in December. The company sought out 12 nonprofit organizations in Northern Colorado to give free copiers to but expanded that to 20 when All Copy received a glut of nominations.

All Copy initially said it would deliver the machines by mid-January, but a last-minute onslaught of business from paying clients forced it to push back delivery dates, said Joe Blazier, Northern Colorado manager for All Copy Products.
“It took a little longer to get out than we would have liked,” Blazier said Friday morning. “It’s a good problem to have but it’s still a problem.”
But some nonprofits weren’t aware of the setback and said they didn’t hear anything from the company.
Sarah Swanty, director of the Fort Collins Cat Rescue, said she doesn’t mind the wait, which coincides with her organization moving buildings, but was slightly frustrated because All Products didn’t notify her about the delay.
Established in Denver, All Copy Products recently expanded to Fort Collins. This was the first year it asked for nominations for the 12 Days of Christmas program. Blazier decided to make the program an annual event after receiving more than two dozen nominations and giving away 20 copiers rather than the original 12.
“We got a ton of people who were good, positive nonprofits,” Blazier said. “I started looking at it and I couldn’t figure out who was a better choice. I didn’t feel I could tell anyone no.”
