Does anyone have any competitive info on this equipment as far as service, reliability, etc. I am quoting 1035's and a 1060,which have better features, but the competition is quoting .01 per copy (45,000copies per month) for equipment, service, and supplies. What's the catch??
Thanks for any insight!
Linda

We sell the HP- MFP line. There are some nice things about it on paper. Color scanner and scan to email. IT people like the fact it is a HP. The Document feeder does have dual scan heads so the paper travels straight and short. From there my love affair with it ends. The control panel as a copier is clogey at best. It is slow on the copy speed and duplexing is not that speedy either.
Don't forget to talk about cost per page. I have yet to sell one of these. I have some client's where their IT people rule the day and only allow HP onto it. For that I am thankful. I feel guilty that I am not able to help them out with a better choice.
The machine does likes of flipping of the paper on the way out of the finisher (only if you want pages to be in order).
