One of my customers are intrested in buying 3 of our D330 hi-speed scanners.Their 3 main centres:Gabs,Swaziland and Jo-burg. Volumes here will be 15-20k monthly and growing.This is for archiving purposes.They have giving me a couple of waybills to sample.I need to scan them in and email them to dovetail.The min requirements(for the scanners)from dovetail is:250dpi(black and white).Twain compatible and thats it.In addition to this they want to have all their branches scanning too,but they arent going to buy these big scanners for them.I suggested our 2015/2018 range with fax and printscan.If the unit is set up with fax and printscan.I am thinking they will be able to scan to email and where they eventually want to end up is in their central archiving.Would the branches be able to scan to an email address here in Gabs who receives and then sends to their server?
