Des Plaines Office Equipment (DPOE) names Robert Bialek Sales Director of Chicago branch
ELK GROVE VILLAGE AND CHICAGO, IL, ISSUED July 14, 2010…Chip Miceli, President of Des Plaines Office Equipment (DPOE), the Chicago area’s leading provider of office equipment solutions since 1955, announces that Robert Bialek of Naperville, IL has been named Sales Director of the company’s Chicago branch.
In this role, Bialek, who comes to DPOE with more than 15 years of sales and managerial experience, will be responsible for sales objectives within the Chicago territory, maintaining existing accounts, building customer base and continually acquiring industry knowledge.
Prior to joining DPOE Bialek was a Business Sales Manager for AT&T in Chicago, working within the Mobility Department for six years. He previously held mid-level managerial sales posts at MCI and Motorola.
Bialek was a four-year military police officer, following which he earned an Associates Degree from Elmhurst College. He holds numerous industry certifications and has been the recipient of several top sales awards, including the President’s Club and Pinnacle Award.
Originally from Chicago, Bialek now lives in Naperville with his wife Joey and their three children. In his spare time, Bialek is a volunteer youth baseball, basketball and football coach. As a coach with Boys Baseball of Aurora he has become acquainted with Hesed House, and is an active participant in raising funds for the not-for-profit coalition of religious ministries serving the poor in the Fox Valley area.
