  • El Centro Del Barrio (aka CentroMed) of San Antonio, TX is being sued for alleged negligence after a breach exposed PHI of 350,000 patients
  • Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists of Mississippi notified 242,986 patients that their PHI was exposed after cyber attack
  • Just Kids Dental, aka Acadia Health of Alabama, notified 129,623 patients that their PHI was exposed after cyber attack
  • Associates in Pediatric Dentistry of Louisiana notified 9,703 patients that their PHI was exposed after cyber attack
  • Carthage Area Hospital of New York notified an unknown number of patients that their PHI was exposed after cyber attack
