CyberlinkASP Expands Managed IT Services with Acquisition of CHL’s MSP Division
CyberlinkASP, a trusted provider of advanced cloud and managed IT solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the acquisition of the managed service provider (MSP) business from Cosentus Holdings. This strategic acquisition strengthens CyberlinkASP's presence in the central U.S. and expands its capabilities to deliver comprehensive IT services to businesses operating in diverse environments.
Cosentus Holdings, one of the largest non-private equity-backed revenue cycle management (RCM) companies in the U.S., will use this opportunity to focus on and grow its core business areas, which include medical billing and coding, complete practice management, and AI-powered software solutions and services.
The acquisition aligns with CyberlinkASP's mission to deliver advanced, secure, and cost-effective cloud and IT solutions that prioritize data security, business continuity, and seamless application access from any device. By integrating the assets and expertise of Cosentus' MSP division, CyberlinkASP now offers a broader range of services, including remote monitoring and management, endpoint security, network management, email management, and device lifecycle management.
“We are very pleased with this transaction, as it enables the MSP team to continue their strong customer focus under CyberlinkASP’s ownership while benefiting from an expanded suite of services,” said GS Bhalla, Founder and CEO of Cosentus. “For over 25 years, Cosentus has been deeply committed to prioritizing both customers and employees, and we will continue to concentrate on delivering our core offerings to healthcare providers nationwide. With CyberlinkASP’s leadership and expertise in IT, I am confident they will uphold and enhance the legacy we have built.” – GS Bhalla, CEO Cosentus Holdings
"This transaction represents a significant step in our journey to provide cutting-edge IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients," said Chris Lantrip, CyberlinkASP’s CEO. "With the addition of offices in Billings, Montana, and Springfield, Missouri, we are poised to serve our customers better and expand our reach into new markets." – Chris Lantrip, CyberlinkASP
