Do you, as a Ricoh reseller, have any issues with the cost of parts for especially the XX03 machines?

Here in Europe the PM and yield parts are extremely expensive

This also affects the pre-owned market, if the trade in machines have high counters they are next to worthless.

Anyone refurbishing PM/yield parts/units?

Wish I could help with this. Maybe someone else can chime in an help. We do sell many pre-owned devices when they come off lease. Also we charge 15% more for service and supplies from our book for the pre-owned devices. Hope this helps.
