WILLMAR — Loffler Companies, which provides business technology and services in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, has purchased Copier Business Solutions of Mankato and Willmar.
The staff at Copier Business Solutions, including Bill Dale, will join Loffler Companies as well.
The merger will increase the both companies' market knowledge, client base and service range.
Loffler is a Canon and Konica Minolta dealer and provides products from other office equipment brands. It also offers voice solutions, IT solutions, managed print services, software and workflow technologies and on-site managed services.
For the past six years Loffler has been named a Star Tribune Top Workplace and for the past four years a Minnesota Business Magazine 100 Best Workplaces in Minnesota. The Minneapolis-St.Paul Business Journal named Loffler a 2016 Best Place to Work.
