BOSTON – Dec. 13, 2016 – Continuum®, the only channel-exclusive IT management platform company, has launched the Continuum Content Creator, a free web-based tool which allows its MSP partners to generate custom-branded marketing and sales collateral to support their lead generation and prospecting efforts. Continuum’s MSP partners are able to use the tool to produce custom content to effectively promote and resell the company’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform that offers proactive problem resolution backed by its industry-leading Network Operations Center (NOC) and Help Desk as well as Continuity247®, its fully- managed backup and disaster recovery (BDR) platform.

“The marketing team at Continuum is focused solely on the managed IT services industry, and we’re committed to helping MSPs successfully resell the services they’re leveraging from Continuum,” said Brandon Garcin, Content Marketing Manager at Continuum. “We continuously work to provide our partners with readily-available tools and programs that can make their jobs easier and help them generate more revenue, and we’re excited to add the Content Creator to our growing list of MSP enablement resources.”

Currently, 23 assets are available and can be customized with MSP logos, contact information, color palette and more, and the tool will be updated with additional materials as they become available. The Content Creator has undergone several months of beta testing with Continuum’s MSP partners, and to date more than 500 resources have been generated. Once created, assets are delivered in PDF format via email and are ready for immediate use.

Content Creator is part of a larger partner enablement initiative developed based on positive feedback from Continuum’s Grow Your Business Hub, which was initially unveiled at Navigate, the company’s annual user conference.

Continuum partners can access the Content Creator in the Marketing, General Templates section of the Partner Support Portal at: https://www.continuumsupport.net/marketing.aspx
